This project leverages the full expertise of the group: BPI Real Estate oversees the project development, while BPC Group, in partnership with Wood Shapers, handles the construction. VMA is responsible for installing the special techniques and the “Smart Building” software.
Wood Hub emphasizes communal living with Smart Building spaces and systems designed to optimize the user experience. This exemplary office project features a hybrid wood/concrete CREE structure, making it both circular and forward-thinking. As a Nearly Zero Energy Building (NZEB), Wood Hub will be heated and cooled using geothermal energy and heat pumps, supplemented by 120KW of photovoltaic panels, eliminating the need for fossil fuels. Its proximity to a metro station will also encourage sustainable mobility.
