The use of local manufacturing for timber-hybrid slab and exterior wall elements enable transportation routes to be kept short.
We share our knowledge and processes with the partner’s organization and help identify local subcontractors to produce CREE elements. With first projects, CREE provides the necessary support services during the design, approval, and construction phases to ensure a high quality and repeatable building project.
In addition, the strategic partners can access the CREE Platform, which facilitates planning and procurement of products/components for future projects. This is also where the global CREE Network shares helpful and relevant information to continuously enhance the know-how of all partners.

The CREE timber-hybrid system
Our timber-hybrid system is an elegant and refined building solution for high-rise versatile prefabricated building construction. This system meets or exceeds current environmental standards, increases efficiency both on- and off-site, uses resources efficiently, and is constantly evolving through our network. The system can be applied to all local conditions and climates.
In addition, the integrated design and construction process enables early, detailed, and accurate cost estimations. CREE enables local manufacturing of the timber-hybrid slab elements and exterior wall elements, keeping transportation routes short. Right from the beginning, this method is cleaner, quieter, and safer than those on traditional construction sites. After the installation of the floor, column, and façade components, the building is air- and water-tight, providing a factory-like work environment. Ongoing research and development drive innovation, and feedback from the international network ensures a state-of-the-art product.
The general contractor owns the repeatable product solution and is, therefore less dependent on sub-contractors and price fluctuations.
